Files placed in this folder automatically become set/available to everyone within the University. People will be able to search and find any of your files placed in this folder. This will also give them the ability to download or edit it as well. It is recommended that you do not use this folder unless you have a specific need to.
Once a file is placed into the folder you can move it out again by selecting at and clicking on the “Move” button from the toolbar to send it to a folder without sharing permissions.
