If you cannot find a folder matching your Blackboard name, please ensure you are clicking on the arrows next to the folder names and not clicking or double clicking on a folder.
If you are not allowed to record into a folder, double-clicking will open it. However, as soon as you find a folder you can record into (even if that folder contains the one you are looking for) it will select it rather than opening it.
