I need to fully restart the app

Often if you cannot see your timetable, or the app is not behaving in the way you would normally expect. It is best to fully logout of the app and close it down, once done log back into the app as normal.

The steps to logout alters depending on what device you are using: iOS, Android or on the Web.

iOS

  • From the app home view >
  • Click on the “Settings” cog that is on the bottom tool bar >
  • Towards the bottom of the settings menu click on “Logout”
  • A new box will show asking if you are sure and you need to select “Yes”
  • You will then be logged out where you can fully close down the running app and then log back in again.

Android

  • From the app home view >
  • Click on the menu option this is represented by three vertical dots >
  • From the drop-down options select “Settings.”
  • Towards the top the is a picture of a key and an X select this.
  • On the new menu asking if you are sure select “Ok”.
  • You will then be logged out where you can fully close down the running app and then log back in again.

Web

  • From the app home view >
  • Locate and click on the down arrow in the top right of the page >
  • From the drop-down menu click on the “Logout” option >
  • You will then be logged out where you can fully close down the running app and then log back in again.
