Business Model

The business model of MoreThanTALK will be a peer to peer model. It means that we only provided a platform for people to get in touch with each other to communicate and share information. We do not need to train our own staff to provide the information. MoreThanTALK acts as a bridge to gather people who need help with the people who have the skills and information.

The users we targeted include:

International students – the students who are going to study abroad and live in foreign countries for a period of time. And they may seek for information or help about language skills, local custom, tips, and advice.

Travelers – people who have the plan to travel to other countries and want to know some information about the place including slangs.

Language learners – people who want to learn a second language and want to improve the language skills by talking with native speakers.

The services we provided:

To improve language skills – users can find the native speakers to talk about the topics they both interested.

To get information – users can collect the information about the places they are going to go form local people to avoid unnecessary misunderstood.

To make friends – users can only not learn something through MoreThanTALK but also can make friends worldwide.
