He delivered important applications solutions like Bhuvan Web Portal. The recipient of many awards, he has publications to his credit.
Dr P V Raju
Mr. Raju, Head of the Water Resources Monitoring & Assessment Division, is a Civil Engineer with Post Graduation in Hydro-Mechanics and Water Management. Having played key roles in Satellite Remote Sensing and GIS applications to Water Resources Development and Management, his areas of expertise include hydrological modelling, water resources assessment and climate change.
Sunil S Kulkarni
Sunil S Kulkarni has expertise in effective utilisation of Space Enabled Geo-Information for Disaster Management. He is a Scientist/Engineer by profession & works with dynamic teams at NRSC in various National projects with scientific dimension. Sunil will be significantly contributing in Work Package 2 and Work Package 5 on the DECCMA project.
