- Touch the screen to activate it. Touch it again to show all the controls.
- The display will vary slightly depending on the equipment in the room.
- Silence or Activate the microphone to enhance your voice.
- Select the source for the data projector (PC, laptop, HDMI, DVD or visualiser).
- Show or hide the picture.
- Change the audio volume of the PC, laptop or DVD.
- Alter the room lighting. Some rooms have separate controls – see Lighting for details.
- If the room is not being used after you leave, please use the Finish button to switch everything off.
If the touch-screen is dark, touch it to wake it up and show the basic room controls.

Touch the Finish button to shut down the equipment if the room is not being used after you leave.
