Getting help

  • If you need help in a hurry, use the phone in the room to

  • Calls from CLS rooms are given priority, so don’t hang up!

  • If required, the Audio-Visual support team aim to get a technician to help you within 15 minutes, but this clearly depends on the number of other issues they are dealing with.
  • If you want to report a non-urgent problem, you may prefer to use ServiceLine Online. Click the icon on the PC’s desktop for a direct link.
  • For minor issues, such as ‘no blue whiteboard pen’, you can simply use a whiteboard pen to write this on the Notes section of the Reporting problems with this CLS poster. The room-checkers will see this at the end of the day and make sure the issue is fixed quickly.
