Initial Meeting

During the first meeting the sections of the blog had been discussed and assigned to individual members of the group.
Ashton- is going to write up the introduction and rationale for the project and include existing literature and the ethical and social considerations we may face during the implementation stages.
Neida- is going to have a look at the technical aspects and see how we are going to make the app look visually appealing. Further, what kind of platforms will be potentially used for the application.
Brian- is going to do some market research about apps that are currently in existence, what works for them and what doesn’t and decide how our app can stand out and be marketable as the next epic phenomenon
Second Meeting

During the group meeting we discussed the next steps and the tasks for the Easter break.
Ashton is writing up the Literature Review and the Key Functions of the app along with Ethical and Legal consideration.
Naida is designing the blog as well as thinking of possible animation designs. And will work on the blog for technical features. suuch as system architecture, user experience, etc.
Brian is taking a look at the financial side of the app. By thinking of sponsering, funding, charities and statistics and time schedules in form of Gantt Chart. Further do some research that explores the internet methods employed by older generation.
After Easter
Third Meeting

Blog, Animation , Mock-ups were shown to the Mentor. Technical and Academic aspects are written up. For the last week it was discussed how the Business aspects need to be written and if necessary be edited.
Group set wednesday and thursday to make final changes to the website and create an overview table.
