The story of us would be a non-profit website and mobile application. A business model for this application is intended not to make a profit but to provide the grief support to people need. Showing how it will work together successfully to make the application sustainable and supports its inputs. The business model is made up of four components.

Firstly, it is the value proposition, that is the value created of grief support for users by the offering. The mission of the application is to bond those who are grieving and correlate with the progress of society’s relationship with grief, to help them dealing with grief and loss by leveraging the power of social network technology.

Secondly, identify a market segment, mainly to discover the people who need to receive grief support and the situation they deal with their grief. Our application provide a virtual community offer a variety of grief support for people to cope and express with their grief.

Thirdly, Institutional cooperation is an important part of the business model. Through cooperation with other agencies, grief support groups, it combines all the existing resources such as people, facilities, technology to obtain support and source of services, strengthens the channel of services and enhances the integrity of services. These institutions could include funeral homes, medical institutions and other related grief support groups. The source provided by these institutions could be donations, grief support services and so forth.

Lastly, holding public event, it could include fundraising, case guidance and promotion. In order to attract target users or develop public awareness for the application, these must get familiar with target users and create value to them.
