We believe terroir is made up of hundreds of individual decisions and actions these need to be recorded at a time of environmental change. If you have a terroir story which illustrates your experiences of a viticultural practice and its impact on the quality of wine please send it to us. We are also interested in any observations concerning climate change and its impact on terroir.
You should prepare a word text (which could be either in English, French, Italian, Spanish or Mandarin) of no more than 1000 words and any photographs, documents and scans which you can submit below. You can also send us a video clip or an audio-recording of a description of your experience.
