Hongyu Shi

My name is Shi Hongyu. Most of friends call me Hongyu. I come from China. My hometown is a very be

autiful and tranquil city which is located in the south of China very close to Shanghai. Now I am studying MSc Education at the University of Southampton.

I had been living in Macao S.A.R for seven years and it is a marvellous multicultural city. I spent four years there to do my University degree and three years for work. I did a major in Journalism and communication, so I was working as a journalist full time job when i graduated from University. Besides, I am still a frequent Facebook and Instagram user. I prefer capturing information especially breaking news of Hong Kong and Macao. At the beginning of this year, I decided to quit my job and come to the UK to start my new journey.

Photography is my favourite hobby and I am always using a camera to record my total campus life and the vivid local culture. I am looking forward to sharing with you these pictures and their backstories.
