How it works
- Availability
Let Calendly know your availability preferences and it’ll will only offer students suitable slots. It also works with your Google, Outlook, Office 365 or iCloud calendar so you’re never double booked. You can set buffer times between meetings and prevent last minute meetings so you’re not caught off guard.
- Booking a slot
Students can book a slot in your diary by clicking a link that takes them to your booking page. You can share your Calendly links via email or embed it on Blackboard.
Students pick a time and the appointment is added to your Outlook calendar.
