I have to admit, this academic year has been truly busy.

Thank God then for the winter break, where a couple of us planned for a German-Austrian road trip.

I am someone who really loves good scenic locations. And really, no words of mine would do justice to the beauty to behold. So here are some photos to my personal highlights of the trip.

Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany

We were very fortunate as there was fresh fluffy snowfall just before we reached these places. I do recommend anyone visiting these places in the winter to get a good pair of boots due to the slippery conditions. I have learnt this the hard way, but thankfully I was able to get away by wearing socks over my shoes to get extra grip.

To me, this was a very life-changing trip. It was extremely refreshing. I feel like I am ready for the new year.

With this, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
