It is currently a lot warmer than usual in Southampton right now (highs of 30 degrees Celsius, which is very hot for the UK!) and according to the weather forecast, the high temperature is likely to continue this week during the conference.
Please ensure you wear suitable clothing and stay hydrated. Water will be provided during the refreshment breaks and lunch, and there is a water fountain in Building 40. Unfortunately, we do not have air conditioning in every room but we will do our best to keep rooms as cool as possible.
