Oral presentation (in-person & online)
Oral presentations should be a maximum of 12 minutes long to allow for 3 minutes of questions and discussions. PowerPoint presentations can be prepared in 16:9 or 4:3 format. Please upload the slides to the previously emailed “SafeSend” link until Wednesday, 15th November, 18:00 GMT. The presentations will not be shared and deleted right after the conference.
Poster presentation (in-person)
Posters should be maximum A0 size and portrait. The posters can be put up in the exhibition area on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning and will be displayed throughout the conference. On-site printed posters can be collected during registration on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning (£10 charge – payment by cash or card). To gain more visibility and advertise their poster, in-person poster presenters can give a 1min flash talk (Thursday or Friday before lunch). If this is of interest, please upload/send your .ppt slide to the TMS23 organiser until Wednesday, 15th November, 18:00 GMT.
Poster presentation (online)
Posters should be maximum A0 size and portrait. Please upload the posters to the previously emailed “SafeSend” link until Friday, 10th November. The posters will be printed by the TMS23 organisers and put up in the exhibition area. Next to the poster board will be a laptop with headphones. The online presenters can present their posters to in-person participants over teams (link will be sent out one day before the conference).
