Dr Achala Gupta (Co-Director of Centre for Research in Inclusion) and Rachele Newman (Director of Initial Teacher Education), from Southampton Education School, have launched their Toolkit (informed by their 2023-24 research project, conducted with local schools in the region) for enhancing mentorship practices for Early Career Teachers. The launch event, conducted in December 2024 in Building 34, was attended by leaders from local schools.
