George's Marvellous Medicine

Information about Collaborators

These high-quality resources have been developed by local teachers from around the Southampton area:

Gemma Hortop and Sarah Brown from Hounsdown School

Emily Ransley from Hook-with-Warsash CofE Academy

These teachers have worked hard to make sure George’s Marvellous Medicine Primary Science Day is a fun yet incredibly educational experience for pupils.  The first day was run in 2018 by Gemma Hortop of Hounsdown School, and as it was a huge success, the resources have now be re-purposed for an online environment.  This has been done through the University of Southampton’s Talk to US! initiative, allowing other schools from around the globe to put on their own George’s Marvellous Medicine Primary Science Day for pupils.
