Communication is the key. WatchTogether will connect with users via many channels. First of all, media is the primary tool since the company aims to create as high awareness as possible. Advertisements both online and offline will be used. For offline, TV and billboard in high traffic area would help create awareness for WatchTogether. Secondly, social media is not possible to be missed as well. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube will be the main communication channel which WatchTogether will update the information about movie and trends to the fans and followers.<\/p>\n

Moreover, e-mail advertisements will help WatchTogether create and maintain a close relationship with customers. The customer will get the benefit of getting information regarding movies.\u00a0It will help maintain interaction within the community. Users can give an evaluation of the service, which is great for the company: the client\u2019s feedback can be used to improve the service. The application is one of the primary platforms to provide the service that can be supported to watch a film by using a mobile phone, tablet. etc.<\/p>\n
