The model consists of nine parts which are the value proposition, customer segments, channels, cost structure, customer relationships, revenue streams, key partners, key activities, and key resources.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Additionally, this model will help all investors gain a better understanding of\u00a0the company&#8217;s fixed cost and variable cost. Thus, fixed cost can be managed and reduced as much as possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The below visual sums up all the individual parts.
