The model consists of nine parts which are the value proposition, customer segments, channels, cost structure, customer relationships, revenue streams, key partners, key activities, and key resources.<\/p>\n
Additionally, this model will help all investors gain a better understanding of\u00a0the company’s fixed cost and variable cost. Thus, fixed cost can be managed and reduced as much as possible.<\/p>\n
