The Careers Fairs Coordinators:<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

These are the ladies who organise your important Careers Fairs.\u00a0 This involves the coordination of\u00a0numerous aspects and some of these are listed below:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Setting the date and booking the venue<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Setting up the booking form for companies to book their place to meet you!<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Creating the important information for the organisations which also includes designing AA signs so exhibitors know where to go on the day<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Recruiting Student Ambassadors – Would you like to be one?? (Email: Fairs@soton.ac.uk<\/em> for more info)<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Training the ambassadors and assigning their tasks<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Creating the Fair brochure with all the company information and stand plan<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Designing and organising all of the marketing so that you lovely students find out about the event and know where to go<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Organise CV clinics so students can get hand-on advice on the day of the Fair<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Organise a Networking Breakfast so companies and University staff can meet and share knowledge<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Co-ordinate on the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly and\u00a0make it as enjoyable for you as possible!!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We are now only two months away from the All Sectors Fair<\/a> and the IT, Science and Engineering Fair <\/a>– A\u00a0lot of these tasks have already been completed!<\/span><\/p>\n
