At Jaguar Land Rover, we believe that recruiting the brightest minds is key to succeeding in the rapidly changing global business environment.\u00a0 Only 9% of engineers in the UK automotive industry are female. While attracting talent today is more competitive than ever, things are changing for the better.<\/div>\n

We are tackling the attitude that engineering is a male-dominated industry head-on by inspiring young people to explore the next generation of exciting career opportunities in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM).<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Our \u2018Furthering Futures\u2019 career insight event has been designed for talented female STEM A-Level year 13 and first year, (or second year of a 4 year degree) undergraduate students who are interested in Jaguar Land Rover’s degree apprenticeships, undergraduate placements and graduate programme. The morning and afternoon sessions will be a mix of empowering talks and career advice delivered by our passionate female engineers plus there will be plenty of opportunities to network.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
