While attracting talent today is more competitive than ever, things are changing for the better.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>We are tackling the attitude that engineering is a male-dominated industry head-on by inspiring young people to explore the next generation of exciting career opportunities in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Our \u2018Furthering Futures\u2019 career insight event has been designed for talented female STEM A-Level year 13 and first year, (or second year of a 4 year degree) undergraduate students who are interested in Jaguar Land Rover&#8217;s degree apprenticeships, undergraduate placements and graduate programme.
