It will actively seek to contribute to national\/international forums and work with funders, organisations and interest groups, to develop an optimal policy and infrastructure framework for our research communities.<\/p>\n<p>Activity is currently organised around three key themes:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Governance and engagement<\/h3>\n<p>Investigating common issues relating to oversight of research data management activity, including how best to share information about ongoing activity with funders and other organisations and promote best practice.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Training and development<\/h3>\n<p>Supporting on-going development of expertise and facilitating knowledge transfer. This workshop will explore the challenges associated with managing large volumes of data, raise awareness of services provided and establish a\u00a0community of practice to foster on-going improvement of these services.<\/p>\n<h3>3.
