A good starting point is the STAR method:
Situation – explain the situation/context, e.g. while working in this band/while composing this song/while researching this topic/while organising this event…
Task – what did you have to do or resolve?
Action – tell them what YOU did to achieve the desired result.
Result – what was the outcome? What skills did you build?
