thing for Aurasma is that you can design your own overlays for free. For free! This is in opposition to an app like Blippar, where you need to pay a subscription to access the overlay making software.
The principle of aurasma is simple: You find an image or object which you want to link a video/picture/text/animation to. You open aurasma, point and shoot . And then the app allows you to select and position an overlay. And that’s it. Simple, right? This can also be done online on a computer via Aurasma Studio, and allows a whole load of extra functionality to open up.
