I would mention that the Elizabeth House Hotel (http://www.elizabethhousehotel.com/) and the Highfield House Hotel (http://www.highfieldhousehotel.co.uk/) are both well located for the Avenue campus and the Highfield campus, although I should stress I have stayed at neither (I have heard, on good authority, that the Elizabeth House Hotel does a mean full English breakfast 🙂 ).
