The afternoon event will be at the Avenue campus (unfamiliar to our early alumni) and will start at 14:00, winding down at around 18:00, in preparation for our evening event at the Highfield campus. There will be many activities taking place over the course of the afternoon, some at specific times, many others spanning the entire afternoon. What follows is a list, in no particular order:

• Afternoon tea, with pastries (and hopefully cake…);
• Photographic Exhibition;
• The Memory Booth (record a short video of your time at Southampton);
• Southampton Archaeology in 50 objects;
• Alumni panel;
• Short video clips from all previous Heads of Department;
• Scavenger hunt (with prizes);
• Welcome address by current HoD, Professor Stephanie Moser (16:00);
• Group photo (to immediately follow the welcome address);
• Raffle (of things archaeological and non-archaeological) and stalls (selling ‘stuff’);
• Book displays, with October Books, Highfield Press etc.;
• Wine reception (from 17:00);
• Live music (also from 17:00, quality tbc…).
