Once the 3D model has been reconstructed, this is converted into a mesh, like the one shown below. A mesh is collection of vertices, edges and faces defining the shape of a polyhedral object; the vertices are called ‘nodes’ and are joined together to form ‘elements’ of uniform shape, corresponding to the faces of the mesh.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n\t <\/div>\n\t \t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n\t \n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t
