See: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.future-internet.eu\/home\/future-internet-assembly\/madrid-dec-2008.html\">http:\/\/www.future-internet.eu\/home\/future-internet-assembly\/madrid-dec-2008.html<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>The Future Internet Assembly is a forum for interaction and cross-fertilisation between EU-supported projects in ICT, around a coherent vision for the development of the Internet as a secure and trustworthy infrastructure encompassing networks, services, content and interations between the virtual (information) and real (physical) worlds. SERSCIS is contributing to the Assembly in several ways. <\/p>\n<p>The SERSCIS coordinator chairs the Collaborative Working Group for Future Internet Software and Services projects on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eu-ecss.eu\/contents\/private-area\/trust-security\/trust-a nd-security\/\">Trust and Security<\/a>. We also contribute to the expert working group established by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.think-trust.eu\/\">THINKTRUST project<\/a> to discuss security, trust and privacy challenges across projects in <a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/ict\/security\/home_en.html\">trustworthy ICT<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The EU-sponsored Future Internet Assembly is meeting in Madrid this month.
