This toolkit aims to assess the impact of conservation on the benefits we derived from Nature. Kelvin\u00a0collaborates with the University of Cambridge, the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, BirdLife International, Tropical Biology Association, Anglia Ruskin University and UNEP-World Conservation Monitoring Centre.\u00a0He benefits from being a\u00a0member of the Public|Policy Southampton and\u00a0is invited to a workshop that aims\u00a0to bring together academics with policy makers in\u00a0DEFRA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I get involved with public policy? yes you can!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>University researchers and colleagues in Professional Services are invited to become members of Public Policy|Southampton &#8211; a hub for public policy engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Supported by a Director and central team, it supports university researchers in delivering public policy impact through grant funded research, and provides strategic engagement with key policy partners at a local, regional, national and international level.<\/p>\n<p>Researchers from across the University already have significant engagements with policy-making bodies, and others are looking to build just such links.
