Marketing and Launching Process

The driving force of the business, is marketing. Our team is confident that our application will bring values to all of our stakeholders. However, in order to achieve the goals, a cutting edge marketing strategy needed to be applied. So our team try to build a strategy to raise awareness for the application and start to expand them through these strategies:

  1. Short term: we will go to several business incubator and also dragon’s den. Our aim isn’t just fixed for the first prize but also guidance to improve the application from the expertise and to introduce the application to our potential partner. Moreover, we will also try to get involved with student recruitment in order to bring awareness into potential users (new students who will enroll to University of Southampton)
  2. Long term: this strategy will be applied after the first project implementation in University of Southampton is successful. This is crucial to raise our bargaining point to other potential universities. There are several ways to go in this term: a) As mentioned in our scenarios, we will relay on ‘Word of Mouth’ campaign that will be viral among the students, so other university students will eventually try to get the same access and we will provide link that suggest the students to ask their university to do the same. b) Our team will set up a company website to make the other university aware of our application c) Our team will invest into digital marketing strategy in popular social media that mainly used by students to make the application known to others as well.

Lastly, the same thing that applied to other business strategy, our marketing campaign won’t be limited as mentioned. We’re well aware that some improvement or methods might be growing along the way and we will try to evaluate every strategy that we’ve developed
