The Conceptual Model
Once the team built up and understood the problem space, they looked to build a conceptual model – “a high-level description of how a system is organised and operates” [1], it enables designers to think about what concepts users will need to operate and understand the application[3]. A conceptual model of the social media app is shown below.

The main concepts users will be exposed to in the application is viewing profiles, chatting with other users, updating hobbies, creating groups and discussing in forums.
