After identifying 5 aspects of building the right business model, we move into the current resources that supported the business. Key resources could be manifested as physical, financial, intellectual or human assets. Here are some resources that we’d have and what resources that we need in the future.
Our current resources:
- The mobile application platform
- Human resources: this team have diverse education background and expertise that is needed to build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
What we need:
- The funding for the whole production
- Needed infrastructure such as data servers
- Other experts for more advice such as law experts, etc
In order to find the needed resources, our team decided to get involved in University Dragon’s Den (as a part of COMP 6217 module project) and try to secure some key resources along the way
