What is channel? Why it is important? The channel help us to describe how our team communicate and deliver the application value proposition.
As hinted by the comic, our team planned to use the mobile application to deliver the values. However, that’s not the only way for us to reach the users. We also try to teamed up with other partner such as Southampton University Student Union to help raising the awareness and also, reaching out the International/ Student Recruitment Team to introduce the application to potential students as part of their marketing campaign.
