He is a British Sailing Team Podium potential sailor and juggling this with the challenges of studying to become a Naval Architect is an impressive achievement. \u00a0Alongside his studies he has also contributed to Ship Science&#8217;s outreach activities helping \u00a0in the spring with a session we supported for a science week activity at a <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.soton.ac.uk\/fsiblog\/2015\/04\/16\/outreach-to-potential-ship-scientists\/\">local school in Alton<\/a>. \u00a0We welcome approaches from schools in our region wishing to learn more about career opportunities in the maritime sector.
