The form encourages you\u00a0to think about your existing skills, and how they can be developed. By completing the RAP at various\u00a0stages in your degree, you will have a log of your skills development, and an action plan of future\u00a0development.<\/p>\n<p>The RAP form is not only useful for encouraging skills development, but also, gives you a powerful\u00a0bank of stories about your skills to impress employers in applications and at interview.
