I am ridiculously pleased today. Ken asked if I would give my Origin of Species talk to the students just before we came away, and I was more than happy to do so. By the time I had arrived in Galapagos, it was upgraded to inviting members of the Charles Darwin Research Station, and then the staff of the Galapagos National Park were invited to. I spent a lovely evening, talking about one of my favourite books to Galapagos National Park Guides, staff and researchers.
It was a real pleasure to talk about Charles Darwin, and his most significant work, in the islands.
I feel really honoured.
