It is a reality\u00a0thanks to funds provided by the <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/mariecurieactions\/\" target=\"_blank\">Marie Curie Actions scheme (Intra-European Fellowship) of the 7th Framework Programme of the European Commision<\/a>, as part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/project\/rcn\/108691_en.html\" target=\"_blank\">IBERENCLOGIS project<\/a> (PIEF-GA-2012-326129).\u00a0This research project\u00a0is\u00a0based on a comparative and multi-scalar approach to Iberian and European Neolithic-Chalcolithic enclosures (including \u2018ditched\u2019 but also \u2018walled enclosures)\u2019. The GIS analyses executed\u00a0have shown interesting differences between Iberian enclosures: 4th and 3rd millennia BC ditched enclosures, on one side, and 3rd millennium BC walled enclosures, on the other. This suggests dissimilarities in function or meaning, or changes over time.
