WHAT<\/span>:<\/strong><\/em> An opportunity to<\/p>\n

  1. Showcase novel and prototype technology<\/li>\n
  2. Identify technology gaps in terms of DaM aims<\/li>\n
  3. Build collaborations to<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Further develop (or find new applications for) the available technology<\/li>\n
      2. Develop equipment to fill the identified gaps<\/li>\n
      3. APPLY FOR FUNDING\/DRAFT FUNDING PROPOSALS<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        CMAC and Dial-a-Molecule are making available PROOF OF CONCEPT FUNDING to invite proposals addressing the NGRP CHALLENGES set out below. The afternoon session is reserved for developing the proposals and provide some early peer review at the event.<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

        MEETING OUTCOMES<\/span>:<\/strong> PROPOSALS FOR A PORTFOLIO OF TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS<\/p>\n

        High priority NGRP Challenges to address:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. 3D printing of laboratory accessories\/reactors that are chemically resistant<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Materials preparation and handling (including reactor preparation – self cleaning reactors)<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. RFID for in-situ monitoring and real-time feedback<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Supercritical fluid separation (addressing practical aspects for widespread implementation)<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Equipment for laboratory-scale continuous work-up operations (e.g. liquid\/liquid extractions, micro-distillation)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          CMAC are prepared to support one proposal for a feasibility study in CHALLENGE NUMBER 5 – Equipment for laboratory-scale continuous work-up operations. Funds for one 3-month project are ring-fenced subject to obtaining matched funding from a partner source.<\/p>\n
