Aimed at PhD students, Post-Docs and Early Career Researchers from both academia and industry, the format will be a mixture of lectures, workshops and practical sessions. Topics covered will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design of Experiments<\/li>\n<li>Flow Chemistry<\/li>\n<li>Electrochemistry <strong>*New for Summer School 2020*<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Real Time Reaction Analytics<\/li>\n<li>3D printing<\/li>\n<li>Novel Reactor Technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity for researchers to both learn about the technologies and to get hands on experience with commonly used equipment and tools, with much of the time being lab-based. Attendees will have the chance to give short presentations on their own research. Course presenters will be in residence, allowing ample opportunity for informal discussions.<\/p>\n<p>There are 24 places available; we expect demand to be high and we want to make sure we have a good balance of interests amongst our attendees. Therefore we ask interested researchers to submit a short application on the<a href=\"http:\/\/generic.wordpress.soton.ac.uk\/dial-a-molecule\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/sites\/50\/2020\/01\/Application-form-DaM-Summer-School-2020.docx\"> linked form<\/a> by the closing date of <strong>May 15th 2020, 5pm<\/strong>. Applications will be assessed and applicants will be notified of the outcome within 4 weeks of submission. Successful applicants will be required to pay a registration fee to confirm their place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accommodation and Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PhD students<\/strong>: Registration fee \u00a3100 to include 4 nights\u2019 accommodation and all meals for each delegate.<br \/><strong>Post-Docs\/ Academia: <\/strong>Registration fee \u00a3200 to include 4 nights\u2019 accommodation and all meals for each delegate.<br \/><strong>Industry<\/strong>: Registration fee \u00a3500 to include lunches and conference dinner. Accommodation is not included but can be booked for you at additional cost tba.<\/p>\n<p>Accommodation will be in en-suite rooms on the Loughborough University campus.
