Saiful Alam is the Director of WARPO, responsible for water resources assessment, monitoring and evaluation of projects, plans and state of water resources and research works on water issues. He has been involved in the preparation of national level documents including National Water Plan (1991), Flood Action Plan (1996), National Water Management Plan (2001), Bangladesh Water Act (2013). He has expertise on water resources assessment using both surface and groundwater mathematical modelling, evaluation of projects. He also worked for Bangladesh Water Development Board in planning and design division. His involvement on DECCMA project is primarily on Work Package 1 with input on Work Package 2.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
