Dr Rabindro Nath Samal has a PhD in Oceanography, Dept. of Marine Sciences, Berhampur University. \u00a0He is a Scientific Officer at Chilika Development Authority, Department of Forest and Environment Govt. of Odisha. His research interests include Remote Sensing & GIS application in Wetland Management, Coastal processes studies and integrated lake basin management. \u00a0He is involved in Work Package 2 and Work Package 1 of DECCMA.<\/p>\nSumanta Banerjee<\/h1>\n

Sumanta Banerjee is a Doctoral Fellow at Chilika Development Authority. \u00a0He has completed his M.A in Economics with specialisation in mathematical economics and econometrics and PGDM with specialisation in Finance and Marketing. \u00a0He has field level research experience in rural livelihood, development economics and value chain analysis and his research area is Economics of Climate Change. \u00a0Mr Banerjee is involved in Work Package 3 and Work Package 6 on the DECCMA project.<\/p>\n![\"AK_Pattnaik\"](\"http:\/\/generic.wordpress.soton.ac.uk\/deccma\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/181\/2017\/06\/AK_Pattnaik-233x300.jpg\")
Dr. A.K. Pattnaik has done his PhD on phytodiversity of Chilika Lake, a Ramsar site of India and Diploma on ICZM, University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. \u00a0He has expertise in coastal zone and wetland management. \u00a0Presently, he is the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Project Director at the Odisha Forestry Sector Development, Government of Odisha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
