\"SumantaSumanta Banerjee is a Doctoral Fellow at Chilika Development Authority. \u00a0He has completed his M.A in Economics with specialisation in mathematical economics and econometrics and PGDM with specialisation in Finance and Marketing. \u00a0He has field level research experience in rural livelihood, development economics and value chain analysis and his research area is Economics of Climate Change. \u00a0Mr Banerjee is involved in Work Package 3 and Work Package 6 on the DECCMA project.<\/p>\n
