It is a globally used management tool that helps business leaders to predict the best and worse scenarios for a new company or project. It takes into consideration the possible external and internal factor of a company [1]<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/generic.wordpress.soton.ac.uk\/aura\/team-eleven\/\"><strong>Team Eleven<\/strong><\/a> discussed the proposed idea for two hours, on\u00a07th March 2018, and optimize it throughout the following days in order to reassure the internal and external advantages and disadvantages that we may face on the project. The result is shown in the slides below.<\/p>\n<h4><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-sm-6\">Strengths<\/div><div class=\"col-sm-6\">Weekness<\/div><\/div><\/h4>\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-sm-6\">\n<ul>\n<li>It is fun: people like to play games\/quizzes online<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Besides the digital influence, which is quite common on social networks, it is an innovation since analyses the sentiment of the content posted by users (positive, neutral, negative)<\/li>\n<li>It integrates content from different sources (essentially social network websites)<\/li>\n<li>It is experimental but could be a profitable business model<\/li>\n<li>There is interaction with the users, about heir humour\/mood, suggesting things to do<\/li>\n<li>Among \u201cthings to do\u201d there will be services and products advertised by companies<\/li>\n<li>The use of APIs of social networks already available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p><\/div><div class=\"col-sm-6\">\n<ul>\n<li>Social networks can be interested in partnership or to buy the business to integrate with their current platforms<\/li>\n<li>It can be used for studies of people\u2019s behaviour on the web, trying to understand why and how often people are negative or positive; what makes them angry or happy etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<h4><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-sm-6\">Opportunities<\/div><div class=\"col-sm-6\">Threats<\/div><\/div><\/h4>\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-sm-6\">\n<ul>\n<li>The volume of data to process on a large scale of users, considering that it is a text analysis from different sources<\/li>\n<li>The cost of some APIs<\/li>\n<li>Dependency on third-party platforms\/APIs<\/li>\n<li>It could face misinterpretation of data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p><\/div>\n<p><div class=\"col-sm-6\">\n<ul>\n<li>Legal aspects regarding privacy<\/li>\n<li>It can be easily copied to other business models, by current competitors or new players<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p><\/div><\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>References<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[1] A.
