Are\nyou interested in the arts? Do you enjoy problem solving or making things\nhappen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women Leaders South West is a project run by eight\u00a0arts organisations and Southampton Business School<\/strong><\/a> at University of Southampton<\/strong>. The project also involves the WOW foundation<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women are\nunder-represented at a leadership level across all art forms in theatres,\nfestivals, galleries, and museums. Racism,\nableism, transphobia, homophobia, economic constraints and caring responsibilities\nalso create barriers to career development.<\/em> We want to understand\nthese barriers and develop tools to tackle them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women are invited to apply to take part in a 10 month leadership programme that includes work placements, mentoring\u00a0and\u00a0training with Southampton Business School. It will take place\u00a0between June 2020 and December 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
