The work is a collaboration between North Western University, Chicago, USA (Prof Matthew Johnson) and Southampton (Kris Strutt) and has been used as a teaching aid to first, second and third years. I have spent three years working at this wonderful site and I have never taken a single photograph of the castle. I decide, having spent some time working with Gigapan images, to take a serious of high resolution photographs that could be used a record of the site.
