LIBERTY helps patients living with multiple health conditions and asthma to live better lives. We are investigating if personalised interventions addressing multimorbidity can improve symptoms in difficult asthma. We want to find out if these interventions can help patients build upon positive lifestyle changes when the intervention has finished.
